Botanical Name -Anemone Whirlwind

Common Name - Japanese Windflower

Description -Elegant, ruffled semi-double, white petals surround frilly yellow centers.  With petals that look as if they have been tasseled by the breeze.

Flower Time - Autumn

Size - Foliage growing to 50 x 50cm with flower stems up to 70cm tall.

Use - Effective when planted in drifts under trees, in perennial borders, mixed garden beds or cottage gardens.

Position - A spectacular plant for containers, borders, rockeries, garden beds, lining garden beds or pathways.

Maintenance - Mulch well to maintain soil moisture. Prune flower stems to ground level when flowering is complete.
