Replacement & Refunds 

  • Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. Remove your plants from the carton and packaging, water and place in natural light.
  • We make sure your plants are watered before they leave us so please re-hydrate them when you receive them.
  • All orders are guaranteed if damaged in transit either by replacement of the damaged plant or by refund. This will be at our discretion.
  • Should there have been any problems with damage during the delivery process, please contact us within 2 days after delivery. We will subsequently ask you to forward via email a clear photo of the damaged plant (or plants) with a description of the damage. This will allow us to establish whether a refund or replacement for that plant is needed.
  • If we are unable at the time to replace the damaged plant with the same plant a substitute option will be given.
  • A refund will not be given for change of mind.
