Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. Remove your plants from the carton and packaging, water and place in natural light.
We make sure your plants are watered before they leave us so please re-hydrate them when you receive them.
All orders are guaranteed if damaged in transit either by replacement of the damaged plant or by refund. This will be at our discretion.
Should there have been any problems with damage during the delivery process, please contact within 2 days after delivery. We will subsequently ask you to forward via email a clear photo of the damaged plant (or plants) with a description of the damage. This will allow us to establish whether a refund or replacement for that plant is needed.
If we are unable at the time to replace the damaged plant with the same plant a substitute option will be given.
A refund will not be given for change of mind.
