Shipping policy

Our online selection is grown and dispatched in 100mm pots and we take great care in the packing and dispatching process. 
We use eParcel service by Australia Post. Customers can choose between standard and express postage, at their own cost. This cost of calculated within the checkout. We are more than happy to provide shipping quotes on request if you contact us!
This service has full consignment tracking. eParcel provides online tracking and delivery notifications for both sender and recipient.
Shipping is available to NSW, QLD, VIC, SA & ACT.
Due to strict bio-security regulations, we are unable to ship to WA, NT and TAS.
We will dispatch your order as promptly as possible. As we are a small family owned business, at this stage we only ship once a week, unless order volume allows. If part of your order includes a Pre Ordered plant (where the plant will be available within 1-3 weeks) we will post the whole of your order once the pre-ordered plant is available. No part orders will be posted.
Every effort is made to ensure your plants arrive safely. Firstly, we hydrate the plants before packing, secondly, we package your order ensuring that no matter how the package is handled during the delivery process, your plants will arrive safely. If a plant is too tall to pack we will carefully prune it to fit. This will not effect the plant at all and it will shoot and continue to flourish once planted in your garden.
Delivery can be made to PO boxes, please ensure prompt pick up as we cannot guarantee the plant once it has been delivered to a PO Box.
Please allow Australia Post 2-4 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. This is usually how long it takes most orders to reach their destination, but there are times where delays may occur.
Dispatch may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions e.g. heat waves, high temperatures, flooding rains etc.
Dispatching occurs year-round, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
