Cosmos atrosanguineus 'Choca Mocha'

Choca Mocha is an easy to grow perennial for sunny gardens. Flowers through spring, summer and autumn. In cooler areas a period of winter dormancy occurs. Flowers are borne in profusion all over the plant with new flower spikes coming through regularly. The flowers have a 'chocolate' smell', are particularly compact and much shorter than other cultivars and doesn't require staking.

Plant in full sun, keep moist but not wet and dig compost into the bed at planting. Good friable garden soil with compost added and slow release fertiliser at planting and then again three times a year.
