'Pitchoune Blue' is a compact, clump-forming, half-hardy, evergreen perennial with strap-shaped, mid- to dark green leaves, and, in summer, sturdy, erect stems bearing rounded umbels of trumpet-shaped, pale blue flowers with a darker blue stripe down the centre of each petal. 30cm high flower stem above plant.Ā
